If the tenant cancels at least 10 days before check-in (time indicated on the listing by the owner or agreed upon by the users via MyBoatBooker messaging or 9:00 am local time if not specified), they will be refunded 70% of the total amount of the booking (excluding Service Fee and MyBoatBooker Commission). If they cancel less than 10 days before check-in, they will not be refunded. If the Tenant arrives and decides to leave before the scheduled date, the days not spent on the boat are not refunded.
